Due to unprecedented demand and growth, an opportunity has arisen for a part-time estate agency administrator to help support the business with back-end administrative tasks.

The role is remote and working from home but will include some travel to Mill Hill (NW7) as business needs dictate and will include but is not limited to the following:

- Sales progression

- Pre-tenancy lettings administration

- Post-tenancy property management

- Marketing

- Social media

- General admin

- Business generation

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate must have:

- A solid grasp of the estate agency business with experience in estate agency administration

- Exceptional customer service putting clients and customers above all else

- A keen eye for detail

- Excellent organisation skills

- Think creatively, outside of the box to identifying new business opportunities as well as identifying issues should they arise.

HOURS & LOCATION

The role is for a part time administrator working 2 or 3 days a week depending on the individual’s experience.

The role is remote and the individual would work-from-home with only occasional travel to Mill Hill East NW7 as the business needs dictate.

SALARY

For the right individual a salary of £25,000 (pro-rata) is available
