Primary Administrative and Office responsibilities include:

Answer phones and email inquiries
Schedule appointments
Provide customer service to a diverse customer base, in person and over the phone
Enter customer and vessel information accurately in database
Initiate and update and maintain work orders and storage contracts
Prepare billing reports and invoices for boat repair projects of varying size and duration
Generate monthly A/R Statements for customers and assist Bookkeeper with A/R collections
Work with the Bookkeeper to perform month end closing processes
Provide administrative support including all general office tasks, updating Excel spreadsheets, data entry, assistance with estimating, correspondence and customer follow-up

Qualifications

- Office experience, Clerical experience, Administrative experience, and Office management are essential core skills for this role.
- Communication skills and Organizational skills are key attributes required to excel as an Office Administrator.
- Premium skills such as Event planning, Schedule management, and Vendor management would be advantageous in this position.
- Relevant skills like Filing, Front desk, and Calendar management would contribute to successful performance in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week
