Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various programs within our orthopaedic group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The Program Manager will play a key role in driving program success and supporting the overall mission of Alban-Wertheimer Orthopaedic Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage program plans, including defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate and oversee program activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners.
Prepare and present program status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Lead and mentor program teams, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.
Conduct regular program evaluations and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to program activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
Strong knowledge of program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Program Management (PgMP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in orthopaedic or healthcare program management.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects.
