ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually engaging and impactful designs across various digital and print media channels.

Your role will involve working on a wide range of projects across photography edits, marketing elements, as well as brand and retail campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is eager to grow their skills and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the creation of compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audiences
Assemble Brand Campaigns using internal templates
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts and ideas
Execute design projects from concept to completion, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in visual identity
Design and produce graphics including banners, icons, and other digital elements to enhance user experience
Research industry trends and emerging design techniques to stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices
Assist in photo and design assets editing, resizing and retouching to enhance image quality and consistency
Contribute to the maintenance and organization of the design assets library
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and ensure timely delivery of design projects
Seek feedback from senior team members and actively participate in design critiques to improve skills and designs

REQUIREMENTS:

A portfolio showcasing creative design work, preferably with a focus on digital and print media
Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will be considered
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma(Basic) and other relevant design software
Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and guidelines
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
A passion for design and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
