The executive assistant will assist our leadership in daily tasks, offer strategic support on cross-functional projects, manage administrative functions, implement strategic initiatives, and manage executive email correspondence. This position requires a dynamic, dependable, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This vital role provides administrative support, meeting coordination, event planning, expense reporting and many other administrative tasks for our leadership. The ideal candidate will be organized, a specialist at administrative support and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees.

This is a Remote position.

Responsibilities:
Administrative support – Coordinate all aspects of business meetings and events. Provide data entry, calendar coordination, and serve as a master of Microsoft Office Suite. Review and respond to correspondence and draft appropriate responses for the [position to support].
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders crucial to the organization’s success, comfortable contributing to ad hoc projects as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
Be prepared to handle daily unforeseen tasks and challenges.
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Compile data to assist the senior management in making informed decisions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite Executives such as research, statistical reports and design of presentations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred
Minimum of three years of experience supporting an executive or manager
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Time management and meeting deadlines, and efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
