Division: Tech4Good (Fundraising Tech for NGOs, with a Focus on Farming NGOs in East Africa)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned Payment Gateway, Payment Processing and AML/KYC expert to work with our product team in bridging product gaps with payment gateways to enable us to solidify our coverage in emerging markets, especially underserved NGOs in East Africa serving smallholder farmers and forestry communities.

Qualifications:

Expertise in Fintech and Payment Gateways:
Extensive experience in identifying and integrating payment gateways, especially in emerging markets.
Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with payment processors and gateways.
AML/KYC Proficiency:
Deep understanding of AML/KYC regulations and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing KYC/AML processes for fintech platforms.
Open Source INTelligence (OSINT) Skills: Strong knowledge of OSINT tools and their application in KYC/AML processes to navigate stringent non-reasonable KYC/AML requests while mitigating risks for partner payment gateways.
Network and Relationships:
Established network of acquiring banks and fintech industry leaders.
Ability to leverage relationships to bridge product gaps with gateway partners, particularly when faced with unclear API documentation, non-UX-friendly modules.
