Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems

Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and coordinating team efforts

Skills:

Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
Detail-oriented: Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Experience:

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required
