Role Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading ERP implementation projects within the life sciences industry. The role involves managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong ERP project management experience and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

Experience managing ERP projects or a similar scope is preferred
Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members through clear communication and effective stakeholder management.
PMP certification or equivalent experience is required.

Nice to Have/Preferred:

Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
Experience in the life sciences industry.
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CLIA, CAP, or similar.
