We’re looking for a positive, proactive, outcome-oriented problem-solver who can help take our customer support to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be providing exemplary service through all contact channels for technical, product, and account-specific inquiries from Arro customers, all within a growing startup environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of banking or customer service experience
Exemplary customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards both customers and the team
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction or supervision
Highly motivated and interested in effecting positive change as a pioneering team member
Tech savvy **Weekend availability required* Tuesday-Saturday work schedule

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
