The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide friendly, empathetic support to our customers across their entire journey - from initial discovery through purchase, product usage, and referring friends. You'll have full autonomy to design our customer support practices, with the sole focus on enabling our users' success in using our products, purchasing our services, and having a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-purchase

Provide timely, helpful pre-purchase support to potential customers via our website, email, and social media channels
Answer user questions about our offerings to support the sales process

Post-purchase

Maintain regular contact with customers post-purchase to ensure their success
Troubleshoot any issues customers encounter and work to resolve them quickly
Monitor our customer support forums across social networks (FB/IG/X/etc) and provide timely responses

Process related

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our support processes and increase customer satisfaction
Analyze common customer requests and prepare weekly reports to share with the team

About You:

Highly personable with a genuine passion for helping women improve their health and lives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to translate complex customer issues into clear problem statements
Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can resolve chaotic situations
Eager to take on a high-impact role at a fast-paced startup
Live in an area where the timezone aligns with US timezones.
