Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust backend support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the changing landscape of a growing startup.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy mobile/web applications.

Review high-level product requirements for technical feasibility, estimate work and make technical recommendations

Write documentation, understand application features, ensure testing is completed and issues are documented

Implement intuitive user interfaces and interactive features for optimal user experience.

Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Contribute to automated testing suites.

Perform code reviews.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in mobile/web app development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

As a valued team member, you will bring ideas forward to refine processes.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Mobile/Web App Developer with a focus on application security.

Strong understanding of mobile/web app development best practices and design patterns

Strong proficiency in lonic with Angular development frameworks

Experience with cloud services such as AWS

Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript and responsive design principles.

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

● Remote work with regular business hours, unless emergencies arise.

Compensation and Benefits:

● Compensation of $75K-$90K commensurate with experience. Performance will be evaluated and reviewed based on milestones to determine possible extension of the engagement.
