About the role

The Bernardi Centre is expanding, and we are seeking a goal-oriented project manager to support our growth. The project manager will help ensure projects are delivered successfully, exceeding client expectations and meeting internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

· Project management: Leading projects from start to finish ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Training program management: Managing and prioritizing training schedules, generating project timelines and providing relevant details to trainers.

· Client interface: Coordinating logistics and training agreements with clients, with an emphasis on client service.

· Internal process improvement: Implementing and maintaining project management tools, identifying and driving process improvements.

· Billing & administration: Coordinating billing and related administrative tasks.

· Proposal & RFP management: Preparing proposals and overseeing the firm’s submissions to RFPs (requests for proposal) and assist with other business development efforts.

· Reporting: Preparing dashboards and status reports.

Skills and Attributes

The skills and attributes for the role include:

· A post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.

· Proven project manager experience (PMP certification would be an asset).

· Exceptional attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.

· Flexibility, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
