Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy and Leadership:

- Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our service offerings, including cybersecurity, online payment systems, marketing, and blockchain technology.

2. AI Development and Innovation:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance our products and services.

- Continuously innovate and stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

3. Optimization and Management:

- Oversee the optimization of Vivienne, our AI manager, to improve service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

- Implement machine learning algorithms to optimize cybersecurity protocols, fraud detection systems, and personalized marketing campaigns.

4. Data Analysis and Insights:

- Utilize advanced data analytics to drive insightful decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy while handling large datasets.

5. Collaboration and Mentorship:

- Work closely with the R&D team to develop new AI-driven products and services.

- Mentor and guide junior AI specialists and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

6. Customer-Centric Solutions:

- Tailor AI solutions to meet the specific needs of various customer segments, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted AI-driven campaigns and initiatives.

7. Ethical AI Practices:

- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices, promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability.

- Contribute to the company’s sustainability goals by developing AI solutions that support environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning.

- Proven track record of leading AI projects and teams.

- Experience in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in a business environment.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Experience with data preprocessing, data mining, and data visualization tools.

- Understanding of cybersecurity, online payment systems, and blockchain technology is a plus.
