About the Role:

Working within the Marketing Team, our Partner Marketing Coordinator will execute our influencer and affiliate marketing strategies. To succeed in this role, you must have a love of social media (especially TikTok, Instagram & YouTube) and you’ll need to know what’s trending and who’s trending. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with the coolest tastemakers in the US and beyond, spotting who makes epic content, and getting our brand out there. You will be highly organised in managing spreadsheets, and work well to targets and in a fast paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute the partner marketing strategy from outreach to gifting - coordinating all terms and contracts with partners.
Build strong relationships with all influencers and affiliates that we work with.
Coordinate partner databases and ensure all activity is tracked.
Present partner campaign ideas to the marketing team.
Create and present reports measuring the success of all partner campaigns and activity against KPIs and highlighting areas to get better.
Be a brand advocate and product expert.
Support with all community strategies including coordinating community events.
Support the wider marketing team with all marketing activations when required.

Skills & Experience:

A passion for social media and influencer / creator marketing, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
Ideally 1+ years experience working in a marketing role with experience working with influencers.
Strong communication skills who can build relationships with ease.
Highly organised, process driven and ideally have experience managing databases in Excel.
Enjoy working to targets and who is capable of taking initiative and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
High attention to detail.
A self-motivated team player with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude who is willing to get stuck in with whatever is needed.
