The Role

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the face of our practice, managing all patient communications and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This full-time position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced medical environment while making a significant impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and efficiently check in patients, ensuring all intake and consent forms are complete
Manage appointment scheduling, optimizing efficiency while accommodating patient needs
Handle inquiries professionally across all channels - phone, email and text
Oversee payment collections
Educate patients on our services, procedures, and financing options
Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong patient relationships
Collaborate with medical providers to enhance overall patient experience

Qualifications

Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Proficiency in CRM systems, medical software, and general office technology
Demonstrated ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of HIPAA standards and commitment to patient confidentiality
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience in cosmetic treatment, procedures, and surgeries is highly desirable
High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
