We are in search of a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead a talented team of engineers and drafters at our manufacturing facility located in proximity to Concord, NH. This pivotal role encompasses the overall accountability for the successful execution of high-quality projects, alongside both the enhancement of existing and the development of new product designs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the engineering and drafting teams to ensure peak performance.
Guarantee the timely completion of high-quality project designs, including the creation of shop drawings and design packages.
Manage compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
Supervise multiple engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling.
Familiarity with building materials, windows, composites, or sandwich panels is advantageous.

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
BS in an Engineering discipline or a relevant combination of education and experience.
