You’ll own these objectives:

Ensure our three sales reps stay close to fully booked with qualified meetings.
Increase our monthly closed revenue.
Boost market awareness/visibility (# follower growth, lead magnet downloads, website traffic, newsletter subscribers).

What you’ll do:

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimize and scale up our go-to-market strategy.
Own paid media, drive down ROAS and increase volume of qualified leads across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, our website (most channels have a specialist vendor that you’ll manage to make your job feasible.)
Own SEO and increase organic search traffic MoM
Own our content strategy: focused around ICP pain points, objections, key outcomes by creating videos, images, landing pages, lead magnets, ads, case studies and other assets for sales & marketing.
Grow our core service in addition other services and plans (Cold email, LinkedIn Ads, Teams, Appointment Setting)
Explore, test and scale new channel(s) and markets
Own, measure and report on KPIs weekly to execs.
