Collaborative Psychology Group is an outpatient mental health group practice with locations in Riverside and Murrieta. CPG staff ranges from psychiatric NP, Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW and associates for all levels under supervision.

We are currently seeking an Office Manager to manage our 3 locations, with the primary office located in Downtown Riverside.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in a group private practice setting, possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to multitask. Additionally, one who likes to have fun, collaborate, inclusive and loves being challenged.

The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations, supervises the Administrative Office and Billing staff. Works collaboratively with the Clinical Director to implement change, interview/hire applicants, evaluate the performance of employees including performance management up to and including termination of employment, create and update policies and procedures as requested. Ensures clinic efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional team members, coaching and mentoring clinic staff. Responsible for communicating and resolving client and claimant inquiries, incidents and complaints. Ensures compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Acts as a liaison to 3rd party Human Resources and legal team.

Education, Work Experience, Skill Requirements & Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (May substitute with experience)
Minimum Experience required:
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant [admin/medical/mental health] experience.
Experience with insurance verification and billing
Some Human Resource experience (preferred)
Experience in credentialing with insurance companies
Leadership experience
Customer service experience
Experience in claims processing (preferred)
Experience in front and back office operations

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: From $68,000 annual salary
