Role Description

This is a full-time Construction Commissioning Manager role based on-site in Tallahassee, FL. The Construction Commissioning Manager will oversee the Construction Manager's responsibilities for the expeditious commissioning of our large scale building projects. We

services, project management, contract management, and procurement activities on a day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient project delivery and quality control.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning process for large-scale construction projects.

• Ensure that all systems are installed, tested, and functioning properly

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion

Essential Job Qualifications

7+ years of experience in commissioning and/or construction management
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of construction regulations and codes
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
