Job Description: Curie is seeking a creative Social Media Manager with a focus on TikTok. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand's presence on TikTok and Instagram, focusing on engaging and viral-worthy content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with Curie’s brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
Create compelling, high-quality videos showcasing Curie products, brand stories, and lifestyle content.
Write creative briefs for content creators to be used for social media advertising.
Oversee and grow Curie's TikTok and Instagram channels, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
Manage influencers and creators to produce user-generated content (UGC) for TikTok and other platforms.
Monitor trends on TikTok and adapt content strategies to leverage viral opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategy and drive audience engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a specific focus on TikTok content creation and creator management.
Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and produce engaging video content.
Comfortable on camera and creating regular videos of themself for the brand
Deep understanding of TikTok trends, features, and dynamics.
Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration, particularly within the TikTok community.
Extremely organized and can manage multiple projects and relationships at once.
Comfortable writing content briefs with strong hooks.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred.

Salary Range: $70-90K + benefits + equity
