What You'll Do

Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Process customer orders, generate quotes, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Proactively prospect leads through research, e-mailing, and cold calling.
Maintain and update customer data and records in our ERP/CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications

3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
