Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager, based in Europe or United States, to oversee a critical project for one of our key clients in the energy sector, based in Arizona, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complementary services that support the client’s programming team. This is a remote position requiring advanced project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project leadership and strategy:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex project in the energy sector, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and quality control measures.
Drive the project strategy, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Client engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing all communications and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
Conduct regular meetings with the client’s team in Arizona to provide project updates, address any concerns, and ensure continued alignment with project goals.
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the client, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their long-term satisfaction with our services.

Team management and coordination:

Oversee and coordinate the efforts of remote teams across Danuvius Connect, including research, quality assurance, and documentation specialists.
Ensure that all team members are fully engaged, aligned with project goals, and have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional results.
Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages communication, innovation, and problem-solving among team members.

Risk and issue management:

Proactively identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Monitor project progress continuously, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track and within scope.
Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and effectively, minimizing impact on the client and project outcomes.

Quality assurance and continuous improvement:

Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed the client’s expectations and industry standards.
Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Gather feedback from the client and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements to our service offerings.

Reporting and documentation:

Prepare detailed project reports for both the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, key achievements, and any deviations from the project plan.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide insights and recommendations for future projects based on lessons learned and client feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in managing large-scale projects in the energy sector.
Proven experience working with US-based clients, particularly in managing remote teams across different time zones.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders and diverse teams.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
