Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment but also excels at working independently? We’re looking for self-motivated professionals to join our inbound Customer Care team!

Position Overview:

We’re hiring an Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate to support our two eCommerce brands.

Work Arrangement: Remote, with occasional in-office meetings
Team Environment: Collaborative, yet requiring a level of autonomy

As a Customer Care Associate in our dynamic inbound call center, you’ll be the voice of our company, handling inquiries with a focus on cheerful, constructive, and solution-driven interactions.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience
Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively
Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year in an inbound call center role, ideally within eCommerce
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, efficient multitasking with accuracy, and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries
Performance-Driven: Motivated by performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates
Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities
Attitude: Positive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma and ability to type at least 40 wpm
