Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Opa-Locka, FL for an Assistant to Project Manager at Dell'Agnese Construction Co. Inc. The Assistant to Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project manager and Superintendent in coordinating and executing construction projects, managing project documentation, monitoring project progress, and assisting with scheduling. Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Knowledge of construction industry processes and practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Construction management skills
Previous experience in a construction project management role is a must
Proven leadership skills and documented strong team player is a plus
