Desert Cactus is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the retail licensed products industry. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in designing products and enhancing our marketing materials across multiple platforms. Your talent for design, coupled with your strong organizational skills, will allow you to oversee the graphic design process from conceptualization to final execution for projects assigned to you. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create compelling visuals that captivate our audience and reflect our brand’s ethos. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all design initiatives and ensuring that all graphic elements align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for marketing campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials such as newsletters and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements for graphic design initiatives.
Coordinate and manage the graphic design pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Lead artwork gathering for daily processing of small quantity orders.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual representations of all clients brands such as the NBA, NHL, collegiate institutions and others.
Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and competitor offerings to enhance our designs.
Oversee quality control of sticker products with members of the production staff.
Prepare and present design concepts and designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work across various media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and other design software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a passion for design and a desire to continuously improve and learn.
Familiarity with Pantone color guides and system
