Compensation: Top 1% compensation for AI/ML speakers

DevRel Talent is exclusively partnered with a successful start-up operating in the Generative AI space who are looking to make a crucial role as they are expanding to the US and needs a dynamic speaker/community leader to represent their brand. Their product is the "go-to" in Europe so they already have a large following.

Overview & Summary

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills (ML/AI background preferred but not required) and excellent speaking/presentation abilities
They want someone who can capture their enthusiastic, "rebellious explorer" vibe
Location is flexible as long as the person can travel to Bay Area events/conferences.
The hiring process involves 2-3 interviews and providing samples of previous work

Job Responsibilities

Experienced speaker/presenter who can engage audiences
Strong technical background, ideally in ML/AI, to field complex questions
Networking skills to generate events/partnerships.
Ability to convey A cutting-edge brand personality.
Located in/able to easily travel to SF Bay Area.
