Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at DMND Talent. This role is on a comission basis only.

‘In 2024 we’re looking to add depth to our creator roster and take it from around a dozen active creators to around 25-30 by the summer.

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting the right candidates within our niche and collaborate with our Head Of Talent to understand the right fit for the company’

We have 3 tiers

$10,000 - 18,000 monthly subscription/brand revenue - 3.5% comission, paid monthly

$30,000 - $75,000 monthly subscription/brand revenue - 5% comission, paid monthly

$100,000 (and above) monthly subscription/brand revenue - 10% comission, paid monthly

Qualifications

You DON’T NEED a Bachelor's degree - just a proven track record in talent acquisition within the creator community.
Strong network and the ability to connect us with the right creators.
Excellent communication skills - personable messaging style, we aren’t looking for cut and paste, cookie cutter approaches and spamming talents inboxes.
Ability to work independently and remotely, we have a flexible work style.
Be able to organize a solid document on Google Sheets - I know, super simple!
