Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Design Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will work closely with our Co-Founder and Head Designer to craft visually compelling assets across a variety of formats. Your work will be integral in helping our clients bring their ideas to life and drive their marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visuals for various mediums, including ad graphics, social media posts, whitepapers, infographics, ebooks, and PowerPoint presentations.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their objectives.
Maintain consistency in brand identity and design standards across all assets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across various formats.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to communicate design concepts and receive feedback effectively.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Webflow or other web design tools.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and practices.
Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
