dLinc is seeking a Software Engineer to help develop and deploy our innovative web applications for secure collaboration (https://dlinc.io/products/). We’re looking for a quality-oriented engineer to develop and test new features with Node.js and our unique Zero-Trust software framework. A successful applicant will possess strong software engineering fundamentals and a desire to immerse themselves in the latest technologies in linked data and secure web systems.

What you’ll do

Develop secure web systems based on emerging W3C technologies including Verifiable Credentials, Encrypted Data Vaults, and JSON-LD (https://www.w3.org/).

Design, implement, and test new software features using JavaScript and Node.js
Develop and integrate APIs, CLI clients, and linked-data data processing tools
Integrate data processing & visualization code with customer/partner systems
Deploy, maintain, and monitor pilot-scale software on AWS and DoD cloud environments

Requirements

BS in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years
Experience developing applications in JavaScript / Node.js
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quality-oriented mindset
Ability to communicate, manage time, and work remotely
United States Citizenship

Desired Skills

Experience processing data using Python or similar
Experience building data models and data quality/validation tools
Familiarity with semantic data modeling or linked data concepts
