We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing technical solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Development: Develop technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Agile Processes: Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
App Design and Development: Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend data storage models.
Power BI Reports: Design and develop Power BI reports.
Power Automate Flows: Develop Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows.
Dataverse: Maintain a good understanding of Dataverse tables and their uses.
CoE Admin Center: Understand and utilize the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

SaaS and PaaS Environments: 8 years of work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
Software Engineering: 8 years of work experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.

Preferred Skills:

Communication Skills: 3 years of experience with communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
Teamwork: 3 years of experience with good teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
Independent and Collaborative Work: 3 years of experience with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
