As Project Manager, you will partner with operations and R&D teams to lead project and program planning to drive timely execution across various pipeline programs. This position will work closely with the management team to implement new project management tools to successfully manage projects, establish key milestones, perform resource/budget planning, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and ensure cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with executive management and team members

• Develop resource and budget forecasts and monitor spend for the assigned projects

• Maintain alignment between all project stakeholders on key deliverables and strategy

• Ensure timely payment of invoices relating to assigned projects

• Lead meetings with project stakeholders and team to track deliverables and timelines for all programs

• Track and report project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

• Provide project management expertise including program status reports, dashboard, budget monitoring and reporting, and recommendations to strategic planning

• Ensure project plans capture IP strategy, document contract milestones, and build in compliance with contracts

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree required in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, business, or similar.

• Professional designation in project management and/or minimum of 2 years of relevant training or relevant experience managing complex cross-functional projects

• Relevant project management experience with biotechnology projects, or projects in related fields, including pharmaceutical product development

• Experience in research and development of products, FDA approval process, and GMP supply chain

• Start-Up or Product Development experience preferred.
