Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager at Elevated Diversity. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of diversity and inclusion programs and consulting services. They will oversee project timelines, budgets, and staffing, and ensure the successful delivery of client projects. The Senior Project Manager will also collaborate with subject matter experts and coordinate with internal teams to meet client objectives. Additionally, the role requires:

Define project scopes, plans, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and effectively communicate project expectations in a timely and clear fashion.
Schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Assist with troubleshooting and course correcting when we run into challenges that affect ability to meet deadlines
Provide quality control on deliverables

Qualifications

Experience in project management, logistics management, and expediting
Knowledge of inspection processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in DEI or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
