Responsibilities

We are looking for a fun and skilled office manager that is proactive and self-motivated. The primary purpose of the Business Officer Manager is to work with our service providers to direct the overall administrative, billing, and accounting functions of the business while also being responsible for the day to day needs of the office, including event planning and activities, office supply maintenance, and employee health and wellness. This position reports to and works directly with the CEO.

Qualifications

This position requires former Office Management experience. Applicants must have the following skillsets:

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Experience managing other staff in the facility such as an Assistant Business Office Manager.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Experience in general accounting practices preferred.
High level of customer service and staff support
