About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role (preferred) as a BIM Manager located in North Miami Beach.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
Creating and maintaining central models and family libraries.
Coordinating BIM data.
Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM standards are met.
Coordinating internally to ensure that BIM project deadlines are met.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC.
Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
Ability to train and mentor staff on BIM processes and workflows.
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years professional experience as BIM Manager, BIM Specialist, or similar role.
Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.

Day to Day activities include:

Create central MEPF models in Revit:

Use existing project templates.
Set up new views and sheets.
Set up linked models.
Maintain project data and update models.

Manage file transfer on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC):

Consume packages from linked models.
Set up Publish Settings and publish central models.
Create and share new MEPF packages.

Provide daily BIM support internally:

Assist team members working on Revit.
Create and maintain families and libraries.
Create clash detection reports for internal coordination between disciplines.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Compensation will be commensurate based on experience.
