Construction Field Superintendent will coordinate internal labor force to multiple existing construction projects as well as add in newly awarded projects to the schedule.

This position includes a company owned truck and a company credit card for fuel purchases. The employee will be allowed to use this vehicle for transportation to and from home/work as well as daily field operations.

Must Have and Maintain a Clean Driving Record with a Valid State of Texas Class C Drivers License

Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred

Job Responsibilities

Will make site visits, attend offsite weekly General Contractor project meetings and report progress on projects at weekly company meeting. Frequent site visits, material/equipmet drop offs/pickups. Will work directly under company Project Manager, will work directly with field crew supervisors. Will maintain communication with General Contractor Superintendents and representatives. Must keep detailed logs. Will populate project information to Procor Project Management software program on a provided company laptop.

Qualifications

Must have verifiable construction building envelope experience/experience related to waterproofing/weatherproofing/epoxy coatings, or a mixture of. Knowledge of flashings, dampproofing, air barriers, sheet membranes, caulking and sealants, insulations Batt and Rigid. Must be able to read and understand plans and details.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish req.

Procor project management software experience is desired, may train the right candidate.

The desired candidate for this position will have a presentable appearance and a personable disposition, they will be representing the company at all times on duty. They should be well organized and driven. A self starter who can follow directions or improvise in situations to manage their time and responsibilities.

Absolutely Must Have A Clean Driving Record. A speeding ticket is not a disqualification. DUI or multiple accidents are a disqualification.

Verifiable Experince in Construction areas as described above.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
