Unleash Mortgage Magic at Gershman Mortgage by Supporting Loan Officers!

As a critical member of our team, you'll be the supporting force for our Loan Officers. You'll gather all loan documentation by coordinating the essential loan milestone tasks. This is your chance to be the behind-the-scenes hero, supporting loan officer success and contributing to a thriving branch atmosphere.

Essential Processor Functions

Loan File Preparation: Receive loan applications and begin the review process by executing support activities with precision in Encompass, including making updates, tracking and organizing loan files, and communicating effectively with borrowers, processors, underwriters, closers, and others to move loans through the pipeline promptly. Order all documents as required, such as VOE, title, appraisal, survey, etc.

Accuracy & Completeness: You will ensure all necessary information is collected and adhere to all lender and regulatory guidelines. You will verify, analyze, and calculate the essential ratios to measure a borrower's ability to manage loan payments and submit files to underwriting.

Communication: Act as a critical point of contact for the loan officer, borrower, and internal departments. You will focus on building relationships, keeping all parties updated, and ensuring smooth communication.

BA/BS or 5+ years of loan officer support experience in retail residential mortgages.

Ability to carry a pipeline of 40+ loans closing per month successfully.

Experience With Encompass LOS Is Strongly Preferred.

Active NMLS# preferred but not required.

Salary Range - $40,000 - $55,000
