Responsibilities

The Account Coordinator's responsibilities include:

Providing ongoing support for multiple agency accounts
Overseeing day-to-day projects and maintaining accountability for assigned accounts
Taking ownership of proofing and quality assurance for client deliverables
Supporting the account team as needed with project trafficking, client briefs, client industry research, preparation for meetings, and taking detailed meeting notes
Working closely with the Project Manager on timelines
Managing internal communication regarding client feedback and requests

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related field required including; Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business
1-3 years of previous work or internship experience with a marketing or advertising agency
Exceptionally strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
High degree of professionalism
Ability to collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams
Local to Southern California, preferred

Salary Range: $26 - $32 per hour based on experience
