As the Marketplace Marketing Lead at Glass, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our e-commerce marketplaces through strategic marketing initiatives. Leveraging your extensive experience leading high-conversion marketing initiatives for e-commerce marketplaces, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic positioning, organic content strategies, and revenue-generating marketing avenues such as online communities and partnerships with PR, media, potential competitors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and revenue for our e-commerce marketplaces
Develop and implement organic content strategies to attract users and drive engagement on our marketplace platforms
Identify and execute revenue-generating marketing avenues, such as creating online communities and establishing partnerships with PR, media, potential competitors, and other stakeholders
Analyze market trends and user data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and iterate on marketing strategies accordingly
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience leading high-conversion marketing initiatives for e-commerce marketplaces
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic positioning, organic content strategies, and revenue-generating marketing avenues for e-commerce marketplaces
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive optimization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation and success in e-commerce marketing
Experience targeting or working with government agencies and public sector preferred
