Location: Etowah, Tennessee

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay Range: $19-23/hr based on experience

Haren Construction Company, Inc. specializes in water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and commercial and industrial types of construction.

We seek a local, experienced Administrative Assistant who can remain organized, is proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and can think resourcefully and efficiently to learn and anticipate the team’s and company’s needs. The position will consist of administrative support including filing, data entry, copying and binding documents, ordering and tracking materials, and general support to the operations teams.

This position will also be responsible for arranging housing for project crews in multiple locations which requires detailed documentation, reconciliation of charges, and prompt response to changing needs.

Job Requirements and Preferred Skills:

Computer literate
Experience with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF editing)
Proficient data entry, tracking, and document control
Written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail orientated
Ability to prioritize tasks
Flexibility and adaptability to change and instruction
