Hephaestus LLC is looking for an Entry-Level UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves working closely with our Lead Designer/CEO to help shape the user experience of our app during its early stages. Key Responsibilities

Work through the entire design process, from storyboarding to wireframing and prototyping.
Collaborate with the Lead Designer to ensure user experience is central to the app's development.
Apply usability heuristics to create intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Develop digital panels for storyboards.
Create and manage design components and libraries in Figma.
Create user journey maps and user flow diagrams.
Build wireframes and clickable prototypes using Figma.

Required Qualifications

Experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and managing components.
Ability to create and sketch digital storyboards.
Understanding of design thinking and usability heuristics.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
A portfolio showcasing mobile app design and design thinking.

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience.
