Our regulatory body client is looking for a Project Assistant for a full-time, interim opportunity. In this role, you will support their project coordination with organizational projects and department operations. You will also be responsible for collecting, drafting, filing, and researching data, as well as facilitating seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and objectives;
Meticulously record decisions, issues, action items, and change requests for future reference;
Provide support for ad hoc administrative duties, including meeting coordination, email correspondence, and document updates;
Identify and meticulously document opportunities for process improvement, and effectively communicate recommendations to the project manager;
Vigilantly monitor and track project progress to ensure the College’s compliance with legislative requirements;
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within a similar environment, coupled with a post-secondary education in Project Management or a related field.
Possession of certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Certified Project Coordinator.
Proficiency in utilizing MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced setting.
