HUNINGTON PROPERTIES, INC. a growing Houston-based full-service commercial real estate firm, has an opportunity for an energetic, self-directed, motivated, organized, multi-tasking, and experienced commercial real estate assistant. This position will support the entire development team and be focused on the daily operation of commercial retail. A 2-year minimum experience plus some college coursework is preferred.

Basic job duties include, but are not limited to:

Circulate Meeting Minutes
Develop and maintain a filing system
Sorting and distributing mail for new development
Scan documents to the server
Creating files for new developments
Following up with exhibits
Entering data to Yardi Construction
Drafting turnover letters
Mailing documents (leases if requested)
Collecting/updating tenant's COI

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience with retail properties, customer service oriented, must be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, proficient in Excel & Word, have effective communication skills, able to type a minimum of 50+ WPM with accuracy. Only self-starters and those able to work in a high-volume position and fast-paced environment should apply.
