Overview:

inHealth Lifestyle Therapeutics is growing and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our Patient Services Team! InHealth Lifestyle Therapeutics company is dedicated to preventing, managing, and improving chronic disease through virtual 1:1 health coaching. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our health coaching program. Work as a team to ensure adherence to Company policies associated with record establishment, retention, maintenance, and confidentiality. You will be responsible for support and coordinating patient appointments. If you have a strong background in Customer support and are Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred) we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the scheduling system

- Communicate with patients both taking and placing calls as necessary and assigned by administrative team.

- Responsible for efficient communication with our health coaches and other staff.

-Responsible for efficiency in a virtual environment using Microsoft office and medical EHR systems

- Responsible for scheduling appointments but not limited to re-scheduling, cancelling, no-show appointments.

- Assures work is completed in a timely manner to prevent delays in patient care

Experience:

- Six months experience of clerical, office, customer service in a virtual role.

- Indicates the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills in a virtual environment

- Ability to work independently in the accomplishment of a wide variety of duties performing patient support work

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in virtual environment with patients and staff.

- Skills in customer service with the ability to identify customer concerns, and refer to the appropriate staff, as necessary.

- Strong verbal and communication skills
