Responsibilities & Qualifications

3 - 5 Years of experience in Jira Admin.
Oversee and manage user accounts, privileges, and access controls, ensuring proper authorization and security settings are in place. Backup administration to ensure regular backups are taken and integration with backup admin Customize Jira workflows to meet organizational needs, manage the start and support of services, and ensure the proper shutdown Open support tickets with vendors, handle configuration changes and manage any necessary adjustments to maintain optimal system performance. Keep running the platforms smoothly.
The Support must cover on-site support as well as phone or remote support as needed.
In addition, support after working hours if needed.
Ensure that only authorized users have access to the system.
Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the JIRA system.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates and patches.
Monitor system health and proactively address any performance issues.
Manage user access controls, permissions, and user onboarding/offboarding.
Establish backup and recovery mechanisms for the JIRA system and data.
Build, maintain, configure, and customize JIRA Software workflows.
Build, maintain, configure, and customize JIRA Service management workflows.
Guidance and user support pertaining to proper use of application.
