Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Closer to join our team. We work in the commercial real estate space. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in finalizing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Close sales deals by effectively communicating product benefits and value propositions to customers
- Utilize outbound calling techniques to engage potential customers and drive sales
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities (we have a sister social media agency that you will get commission off of as well)
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records

Experience:
- Minimum 25% closing; minimum 1 year in a similar role
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for engaging diverse customer bases
