POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing daily administrative Canadian support testing our Workday and ADP Global View environments set for go live 4/1/25. This position will help support the existing payroll management team by pushing forward with UAT/End-to-End/Parrell testing as part of Phase 2 & 3 to ensure accuracy and compliance, allowing existing payroll management to continue to handle day-to-day PeopleSoft production activities when required.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must have UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 15,000+ employees.
Extensive knowledge of Canadian Payroll especially compliance rules (CAN tax calculations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, costing allocations, running Workday payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes and security rules)
Global View ADP experience
SSL transaction data uploads
Audit processing experience to compare configurations and other required information.
Ability to create test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate effectively with existing Workday/KPMG/ADP implementation consultants.
Problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST (remote only - can work from anywhere in US)
Experience Level
- 5+ years’ experience CAN processing payroll
- 7+ years’ Workday SME experience
