Lapel Pins and Coins, LLC is located in Winter Park, Florida, and has been in business for over 20 years. We create custom designs for enamel lapel pins and challenge coins for factory production. We are a fun, creative, and collaborative family-owned business with a relaxed and casual work environment.

Responsibilities

Design custom items (primarily enamel lapel pins and commemorative challenge coins) based on client-provided visual references (i.e. photos, sketches) and descriptions
Create vector-based graphics in Illustrator to be used for factory production
Create realistic digital mockups in Adobe Photoshop using layer styles and Photoshop plugins
Collaborate, revise, and tailor designs based on project parameters and client feedback

This job requires great attention to detail. You will sometimes have to create intricate illustrations while still adhering to factory size minimum requirements. Typography must be on point in regards to spacing, alignment, and hierarchy. This job also requires the ability to provide quick turnaround on projects in order to secure clientele.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or AA (Preferred)

Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Required)

Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Required)

Graphic Art/Design: 2 years (Required)

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm
