Responsibilities

E-commerce Management:

Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Utilize Google Merchant Center to maintain accurate and updated product listings.

Digital Marketing & SEO:

Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content using Semrush to improve search rankings.
Monitor website performance and resolve issues using Google Search Console.
Analyze website data with Google Analytics to inform and refine marketing strategies.

CRM & Marketing Automation:

Manage and optimize customer relationships and marketing workflows in HubSpot.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

Write compelling blog posts, social media content, case studies, newsletters, and product descriptions.
Develop and design marketing collateral for merchandise and promotional campaigns.

Graphic Design:

Create eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media, blogs, and other marketing materials using Canva.

Project Management:

Coordinate and track projects efficiently using Trello, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Shopify, Semrush, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, and Trello.
Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating various types of content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and case studies.
Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to create professional-looking visuals using Canva.
Excellent project management skills with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
