Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Nonprofit Copywriter to work with us on a part-time, freelance basis. This role focuses on creating insightful, engaging, and impactful blog posts that resonate with nonprofit audiences and advance their missions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for social change.

Responsibilities

Develop and write blog posts that highlight the missions, successes, and stories of our nonprofit clients.
Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their goals, challenges, and messaging needs.
Conduct thorough research on various nonprofit topics, trends, and best practices.
Create content that inspires action, whether it's donations, volunteerism, or community engagement.
Edit and proofread blog posts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the client's voice and mission.
Work closely with our SEO team to optimize blog posts for search engines and maximize reach.

Qualifications

Past experience with writing blog content, preferably with a focus on nonprofits or mission-driven organizations.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and its unique communication needs.
Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones, tailored to different nonprofit audiences.
Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into accessible content.
Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling.
