Mansfield Black are supporting a Real Estate Investment Management firm based in London hire an Accounts Assistant focusing on Accounts Payables.

This is a Remote role working from home every day! Friendly team and culture
You must be able to get into the office in Charing Cross once every fortnight/ twice per month. (no travel payments will be given for this)
A salary of £28k - £34k is on offer!
***Yardi (property accounting system is very desirable but not essential)***
Shorter notice or 1 month or less is ideal

The ideal candidate would have around 18 months - 2.5 years of full AP experience (as an payables clerk), and looking for a new role where they can focus on payables for next couple of years and work hard!

Once you have proven yourself after 2 years in the job they are happy to promote you up in team and learn more/ focus on property accounting. Would be great for a AAT studier or grad who wants to prove themselves

Processing invoices onto yardi
Communicating with clients and asset managers on queries
Supplier statement reconciliations
bank reconciliations
Expenses processing
VAT
preparation of payment runs
creditor reports

A salary of £28k - £34k is on offer!

You must be able to get to the office twice per month for work and meetings!
